Healthy Fit Girl Fitness January 6th, 2012 Start Date

Calling all Healthy Fit Girls in the Philadelphia area suburbs. By request, Healthy Fit Girl Fitness added a new dimension to her business: A “Group fitness meets personal training” class. I have been searching for some space to rent to put together a small group fitness class (all the fun of group fitness but with the attention of a private fitness session). Here's the 411

Where:
Abington Art Center, Jenkingtown PA- http://abingtonartcenter.org/ in the Dance studio... go in the main doors and make a right, the studio is on the right.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat and a bottle of water, I also recommend a towel if you can remember. 
Great attitude and a smile! Mats can be purchased at tjmax or 5 below for low cost... Optional fitness notebook to chart progress or write down workouts to do on your own. I use one and it's very helpful.
Time: 10:00 am-11:00am -This week I would like to meet at 9:45am for registration and payment.
The 1st series will be 4 weeks long, (January 6th-January 27th) and will be a combo of bodyweight moves for strength and interval training to improve endurance and kick start fat burning. I will focus on perfecting form in this session. No equipment beside my lovely pink timer :)
Payment is due at the start of the first class of each session:
Costs: $40 for (4) weeks session Or $60.00 for a 6 week session etc...
          Special “punch card” rate $65 for (5) sessions- (will be valid for two sessions)
          $15 drop in fee
~Current and past clients always pay $10.00, even for punch cards... small perk ;)
