White Bean Basil Hummus With Garden Goodies - A Glass Of Green Tea With Fresh Mint!
1-2 cans of White Cannellini Beans
1-2 tsp of Tahini (puree of sesame seeds)
1-2 cloves of Fresh Garlic
1 Half of a Fresh Lemon
1 Tbs of Olive Oil
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Basil- optional a 5-7 leaves
Fresh Picked Radish
This recipe takes minutes to make and can be modified in so many ways! I start out by literally putting all the ingredients into the food processor. Turn the food processor on and run until it is the desired Constancy! You can hit the pulse button and make it a little chunky if you'd like. Continue to taste- until you're loving it.
This was with one can of beans- I recommend 2 cans - it was still yum!
You can also use the same recipe with Garbanzo Beans and add whatever you're craving. I was out of roasted red peppers- I love Hummus with Roasted Red Peppers :) be creative!
